Your personal event at HanaHaus, during the day for up to 25 people.

Two of our lounges are nestled on the side of the workspace under an alcove. Each of them is equipped with an HD-Monitor, and whiteboards separate them from the rest of the workspace. This offers a more privacy, while you are still connected to the vibrant collaboration environment. Both of these lounges can be combined to fit up to 25 guests in theater style seating during our regular business hours. We charge $150 for the first hour of your reservation (including setup and reset) and $100 for every additional hour.

Please note that you will be able to hear noise from the overall workspace and other guests will be able to hear you as well. To avoid any disturbance we do not allow the use of any voice-amplification technology (microphones, speakers, conference phones) in our semi-private lounges.

Please note that Hanahaus is supporting small businesses and thus private events are not for parties such as birthdays and wedding.

 

+ Terms and Conditions

The Hanahaus workspace consists of different areas: the open seating area, lounge, quiet rooms, conference rooms, and the maker room. For special events, it is possible to reserve the entire workspace (excluding the conference rooms and the maker room) after 5pm during week days and for full days on weekends. Depending on the requested seating arrangement, we will require one hour prior and after the event set up. Renting the workspace will require a signed contract with a proof of insurance of one Million USD and a 300 USD refundable deposit. The event booking and confirmation has to be made a minimum of 15 days in advance.
