Enjoy a Pilates workout and relaxing sound bath right on the dock in the Lido Marina! Hosted by HanaHaus & Open Aerial

You'll arrive to HanaHaus Newport Beach on the Lido Peninsula. Onsite parking and valifation availble, or you may park on the street.

You'll be greeted & checked in by staff at the front desk of our modern coworking space, and walk through our open seating to the dock side.

Bring a yoga mat if you have one, if not we have some to borrow.

At 10am we'll do a 45 minutie mat Pilates workout with a view of the ocean & boats.

After our last rep, we will float off into a blissfill sound bath.

After our class, enjoy spa water & lite bites as we mingle and meet new friends, and of course get cute pics!

Attire: Costal cozy. Leggings, light jacket or sweater, and socks.
